Amtrak serves both Ventura - VEC - and Oxnard - OXN. The Ventura station is one mile from the Inn. The Ventura station has limited service. Metrolink provides service to the Montalvo Station in Ventura which is 3 miles from the Inn The Ventura County line originates at L.A. Union Station and stops on the line include Burbank Airport, Simi Valley and Camarillo Several companies do provide shuttle transport from Santa Barbara airport, Burbank and Los Angeles. Amtrak and Metrolink provide rail service to Ventura.

Directions to HotelThe Pierpont Inn & Racquet Club is located just off the 101 Freeway in Ventura at the Pacific Ocean. The Inn is located between the Seaward Avenue and California Street offramps just steps to the beach. Directions: Going North 101: As you approach the beach in Ventura, go past the Seaward Avenue offramp. Exit at SanJon Road/Vista del Mar: you will be at the backside of the Inn and will need to circle it in a clockwise fashion. Turn left to go under the overpass to Harbor Blvd., turn right onto Harbor Blvd., then take an immediate right onto Sanjon Road at the stoplight. Go under the freeway overpass. Turn right at the Pierpont Inn & Racquet Club entrance. Going South 101: As you enter Ventura, continue on 101 past the Ventura Avenue. You will see the Pierpont Inn on your left. Exit the freeway at Seaward Avenue, turn right onto Harbor Blvd (at stoplight), proceed 1/2 mile to the next stoplight and turn right onto SanJon Road, go under the freeway overpass. Turn right at the Pierpont Inn & Racquet Club entrance.
